Description

Lead a team of engineers in developing Web UI framework modules and implementing new components. Own the release pipeline from requirement analysis to design and reviews. Investigate and evaluate web UI frameworks for integration. Mentor team members and deliver maintainable software designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers in Web UI framework development.
• Investigate and evaluate web UI frameworks and libraries for integration.
• Participate in all SDLC phases, including requirement analysis, design, and reviews.
• Deliver maintainable software designs and implement approved framework components.
• Train and mentor new team members.

Required Skills

• 7 to 8 years of experience in software development.
• 1 to 3 years in a Team or Tech Lead role.
• Strong experience developing JavaScript-based Web UI modules.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript concepts, coding styles, debugging, and profiling techniques.
• Proficiency in CSS or SCSS for styling.
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented (OO) concepts, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Working knowledge of web servers or reverse proxies for hosting web applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ExtJS, jQuery, Angular, React, Vue, or Svelte.
• Prior experience with JavaScript or Web app test automation.
