Lead a recruiting team through the full candidate lifecycle for U.S. technical roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, interviewing, technical queries, and candidate closing.
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure hiring targets are met.
• Negotiate terms and manage candidates through the onboarding process until they join.
• Source candidates across job boards such as Monster and CareerBuilder.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting and team handling.
• Experience hiring technical candidates across all seniority levels.
• Proficiency with job boards including Monster and CareerBuilder.
• Knowledge of IT concepts and current industry trends.
• Experience managing H1B candidates and Green Card Holders.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• BTech, MCA, or MBA degree.
