You will lead recruitment efforts for full-time US IT positions on EST shifts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for full-time IT roles.
• Utilize implementation partner networks to source and place candidates.
• Oversee recruitment workflows to meet delivery targets.
• Operate within US EST business hours (06:00 PM - 03:30 AM IST).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with JobDiva.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven track record working with implementation partners.
• Expertise in sourcing for full-time IT positions.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
