You will lead a team of analytics professionals while maintaining hands-on involvement in technical delivery and project execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of analytics professionals to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of analytics projects to meet client requirements and timelines.
• Deliver technical expertise using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python for complex projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored analytics solutions.
• Develop best practices for data analysis, visualization, and reporting while mentoring team members.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced query writing and optimization.
• Practical experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis.
• Knowledge of GCP and Snowflake services.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an analytics team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and resolve data quality issues.

Preferred Skills

• Domain-specific knowledge in Retail, CPG, Digital Media, or Pharma.
• Understanding of industry-specific KPIs and data requirements.
