Responsibilities

• Manage daily team operations to achieve outbound sales targets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or BPO TL.
• Proven experience in outbound sales.
• Experience working in an international background.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with an American accent.
• Strong team handling capabilities.
• Must hold a graduate degree.
