Description

Manage packaging operations and product disposition within the packaging department.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate Form, Fill and Seal (FFS) machines, hand-held scanners, label makers, and tape machines.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and pack products while performing visual inspections of packing materials and documentation.
• Execute machine changeovers, line clearance activities, and skid changeovers, including cleaning FFS equipment.
• Verify all paperwork for accuracy and traceability to ensure compliance with documented procedures.
• Maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas and assist with training new operators.

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform fine motor hand coordination tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer use.
• Solid knowledge of 5S standards and manufacturing workflows.
• Sound judgment for product disposition.
• Ability to follow environmental, health, and safety regulations.
