Description

Act as the bridge between client stakeholders and technical implementation for Teamcenter workflows, gathering functional requirements and mapping processes to ensure clear communication of end-user expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze functional and business requirements from client business analysts, process experts, and method leads.
• Participate in workshops to map AS-IS processes and define TO-BE processes within the new system.
• Prepare detailed business requirements specification documents.
• Clarify business requirements and communicate end-user expectations to the client analyst.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience defining and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
• Ability to facilitate requirement gathering workshops.
• Strong documentation skills for business requirements specifications.
• Experience working with process experts and method leads.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Teamcenter workflows and implementation.
• Background in manufacturing or PLM domains.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
