Description

Lead and execute data migration initiatives for Siemens Teamcenter PLM systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy PLM or PDM systems to define data extraction requirements.
• Develop detailed migration strategies and execution plans for Teamcenter.
• Perform data mapping between source systems and Teamcenter schema.
• Develop scripts for data transformation and validation using Python, SQL, or Java.
• Execute test and production migration cycles to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter with a focus on data migration.
• Deep knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and data models.
• Experience with BMIDE configurations and Teamcenter Migration Toolkit (TcMIG).
• Proficiency in Python, Shell, and SQL.
• Experience using ITK-based custom migration utilities.
• Familiarity with XML, CSV, and JT data exchange formats.
• Knowledge of PLM integrations including ERP, MES, and CAD.
