Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Oversee development processes within the SDLC.
• Lead technical initiatives and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide expert guidance on Teamcenter implementation and configuration.
• Own technical execution and resolve complex engineering challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding and practical application of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with SAP and Oracle systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience with MCAD tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
