Description

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex Siemens Teamcenter solutions. Own the full SDLC from requirements gathering to production support for medium to large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Teamcenter solutions to meet specific business processes and customer requirements.
• Perform data migration, mapping, and validation from legacy applications and Tc Enterprise to Teamcenter.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams and act as the single point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
• Expertise in Teamcenter customization using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Rich Client plugin, and AWC.
• In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter and AWC architecture, including BOM Management, Change Management, and Security modules.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with MCAD, ECAD, MES, ERP, Polarion, ALM, and CRP.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and MES systems integration.
• Experience deploying Teamcenter on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter Data Model and database schemas for BOM, document management, and manufacturing planner.
• Proficiency using JIRA, Azure Cloud, and Confluence for technical specification documentation.
• Solid understanding of SSO/LDAP integration within Teamcenter.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies and sprint-wise delivery.
• Background in migration from Enterprise PLM, ERP, or MES systems.
