• AWC customization
• Owns the business-layer architecture inside Teamcenter: can build it, prove it out, and deploy to production (not just code to spec — closer to Kishore than a pure coder like Nikhil)
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and code review
• Comfortable working through a ticket queue with no direct end-user/stakeholder contact

• Work with users of our software to build them workflows, train them on the intricacies of the tools, etc.
• Very much a "process layer" person rather than a deeply technical type person like Nikhil (RH contractor) is – be interface between business and ourselves
• Collaborate with local and remote team members in developing and implementing Teamcenter solutions
• Ability to workflow modifications, creations, queries, reports
• Help troubleshoot Teamcenter technical issues include those related with deployment, configuration, server/client-side issues
