You will manage and enhance the enterprise PLM system to ensure full integration and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new PLM workflows, custom handlers, and configuration classifications.
- Maintain and monitor Development, Integration, Quality Assurance, and Production environments.
- Manage functionality and data models, identify system gaps, and oversee customizations.
- Coordinate system upgrades and perform installations with support from OEMs or third-party services.
- Collaborate with partners and subcontractors to enable secure file and document exchange.
- Lead technical issue resolution with PLM suppliers and OEMs.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a software engineer role.
- Experience managing a PLM environment, specifically Siemens Teamcenter.
- Proficiency in BMIDE programming for List of Values (LOVs) and configuration classifications.
- Hands-on experience with C/C++ and Java.
- Experience performing system customization and configuration via BMIDE and property file updates.
- Knowledge of configuration management, change control, and document management within a PLM.
- Experience with CAD (NX) and IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and remote backups.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, IT management, or a related field.
