Description

You will manage and enhance the enterprise PLM system to ensure full integration and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new PLM workflows, custom handlers, and configuration classifications.
  • Maintain and monitor Development, Integration, Quality Assurance, and Production environments.
  • Manage functionality and data models, identify system gaps, and oversee customizations.
  • Coordinate system upgrades and perform installations with support from OEMs or third-party services.
  • Collaborate with partners and subcontractors to enable secure file and document exchange.
  • Lead technical issue resolution with PLM suppliers and OEMs.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a software engineer role.
  • Experience managing a PLM environment, specifically Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Proficiency in BMIDE programming for List of Values (LOVs) and configuration classifications.
  • Hands-on experience with C/C++ and Java.
  • Experience performing system customization and configuration via BMIDE and property file updates.
  • Knowledge of configuration management, change control, and document management within a PLM.
  • Experience with CAD (NX) and IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and remote backups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, IT management, or a related field.
