Description

You will lead end-to-end PLM project delivery, business process consulting, and Teamcenter implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end projects including project plans, risk management, and client communication.
• Implement and customize Teamcenter PLM solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze and re-engineer business processes from current state to target state.
• Manage technical teams and facilitate large workshops with cross-functional leadership.
• Develop functional requirements, change controls, and project documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the PLM domain.
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM implementation.
• Proven track record of at least two end-to-end PLM implementations from process re-engineering to rollout.
• Expertise in Data Migration and Data Cleansing.
• Experience with CAD integration and ERP integration.
• Ability to port existing customizations and manage workflows and change management.
• Proficiency in DB cloning and process mapping.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive cross-functional meetings.
• Experience developing project plans and risk management strategies.
