You will provide senior-level support for Teamcenter PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Teamcenter PLM software environments and user requirements.
• Manage service requests and incidents using ITSM tools.
• Utilize MCAD and XML for system-related tasks.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in PLM support roles.
• Proficiency with PLM Software.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Hands-on experience with Freshservice ITSM.
• Working knowledge of MCAD.
• Proficiency in XML.
• Degree in any field of study.
