Provide senior-level support for Teamcenter PLM systems, managing service requests and incidents while utilizing MCAD and XML for system-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support Teamcenter PLM software environments and address user requirements.
- Manage service requests and incidents using ITSM tools.
- Utilize MCAD and XML for system-related configuration and troubleshooting.
- Maintain system stability through proactive incident resolution.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in PLM support roles.
- Proficiency with PLM Software, specifically Teamcenter.
- Hands-on experience with Freshservice ITSM.
- Working knowledge of MCAD.
- Proficiency in XML.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Preferred Skills
- Degree in any field of study.
