Must-Have Skills
* Strong experience in QA/Test Management for Teamcenter or PLM implementations
* Expertise in defining test strategies, test frameworks, and QA governance
* Good understanding of Teamcenter functionalities and data model (BOM, workflows, items, datasets)
* Experience with integration testing (SAP, NX, MES)
* Hands-on experience with test management tools (ADO, JIRA, ALM, etc.)
* Knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting tools
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
