Description

You will lead the design and customization of Teamcenter PLM solutions, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design workshops and sprints to define PLM and PIM requirements.
• Create technical documentation, including conceptual designs, RICEFW specifications, and impact assessments.
• Develop rapid prototypes and mockups to validate design options during development cycles.
• Execute custom development for finalized design elements and perform change impact analysis.
• Hand off design requirements and proposals to development and integration teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with Teamcenter PLM.
• Deep expertise in ITK, RAC, and AWC customization.
• Proven experience in solution design and workflow configuration.
• Ability to write technical specifications for reports, integrations, customizations, extensions, forms, and workflows.
• Experience managing technical documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Technical Impact Assessments.
• Skill in planning development phases, including data migration, integration, and testing strategies.
