Description

Lead technical design and customization for Teamcenter PLM and PIM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design workshops and prepare functional requirement sprints.
• Develop conceptual designs, technical specifications, and rapid prototypes for design options.
• Execute custom development for finalized design elements and perform change impact analysis.
• Produce technical documentation including Technical Impact Assessments, BRDs, and RICEFW specifications.
• Manage development phase strategy and planning for data migration, integration, and testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with Teamcenter.
• Expertise in ITK, RAC, and AWC customization.
• Proven ability in Solution Design and technical architecture.
• Deep understanding of RICEFW (reports, integrations, customizations, extensions, forms, workflows).
• Experience documenting Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
• Experience managing handoffs to software engineering teams for customization and integration.
• Ability to conduct technical impact assessments and validation sessions.
