Description

You will own API documentation and technical knowledge management for engineering and product teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive API documentation covering functionality, inputs, outputs, edge cases, and dependencies.
• Translate code behavior into clear technical and functional documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
• Gather and organize requirements from technical teams to structure system knowledge.
• Act as a liaison between engineering, product, marketing, and business teams to ensure clear communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong code literacy with the ability to read, understand, and explain code behavior.
• Proven background in API analysis and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a developer transitioning into an analyst role.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Background in financial services or fintech, particularly with payments APIs.
