Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 7+ years of experience.
• Strong Business Analysis working with Technology team and business stake holders to drive initiatives Distributed multitier architecture and DB/SQL experience is desired.
• Strong Technology Delivery Project Management Program Management roles in combination with BA
• Proven track record delivering largescale complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies JIRA and automation with ROVO agents General awareness of AI
• Exceptional communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across organizations without direct reporting authority
• Work closely with the internal teams to understand current needs, identify the desired process models and solution architectureExcellent problem-solving, communication
