Description

You will own the requirements lifecycle for CRM 365 implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements through stakeholder workshops.
• Define and document business flows, user stories, use cases, and diagrams.
• Perform impact analysis on change requests and support backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Lead functional reviews, demos, and secure sign-offs with Product Owners.
• Support system integration, data migration, and application-level testing cycles.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Dataverse, Power Apps).
• Experience with integration methods including Mulesoft, REST, OData, and APIs.
• Proven data migration expertise using Azure Data Factory and validation processes.
• Knowledge of CRM customization, workflows, plugins, and administration.
• Strong domain knowledge in Banking or Financial Services.
