Description

You will act as the primary technical bridge between business unit leaders and engineering teams to manage data dependencies and system requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish formal relationships between departments to manage business-critical data dependencies and integrations.
• Lead the integration of new data feeds for the ClientMIND project, including infrastructure and data structure recommendations.
• Define system scope, objectives, and functional specifications through deep-dive analysis with business partners.
• Identify technical risks, propose mitigation options, and evaluate evolving requirements against current system capabilities.
• Support the full software development life cycle from strategy through implementation to ensure efficient system change processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• 4-10 years of total professional experience.
• Proficiency with SQL and database management.
• 2+ years of experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong command of MS Office and Visio.
• Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
• Experience with design tools such as Magic Draw or similar process modeling software.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to perform deep-dive analysis and provide strategic input on infrastructure and data structures.
