Description

Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations and client engagements from blueprinting to cut-over.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops, business blueprinting, and training sessions for on-site and offshore customers.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including configuration, customization, functional specification preparation, and cut-over planning.
• Execute global roll-outs, feasibility studies, testing, and comprehensive documentation.
• Ensure accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SF Employee Central Payroll.
• Expert knowledge of Payroll schema, PCR, Functions, and operations.
• Proficiency in SAP Cloud methodologies, specifically Launch and Activate.
• Demonstrated experience in modeling standards and tools.
• Ability to manage complex functional specifications and documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
