Description

You will provide technical direction and hands-on leadership throughout the entire development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in designing and developing secure, scalable, and maintainable multi-tier enterprise applications.
• Mentor developers and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices across the development team.
• Drive efficiency and iterative delivery by advocating for Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Perform technical assessments of current system states to guide architectural improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience developing multi-tier enterprise applications using Java EE and Spring technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with the full Java EE technology stack and web application development.
• 5+ years of experience with SOA architecture and RESTful web services using Spring, Hibernate, JAX-WS, and JAX-RS.
• Expertise in the design and development of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud applications.
• 5+ years of front-end experience using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with MariaDB/MySQL, Kafka, BPM, ECM, ESB/API gateways, and event streaming platforms.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks including JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, Jasmine, and Karma.
• Strong knowledge of source control, build tools, and CI/CD processes using Bitbucket, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Experience targeting Tomcat, WebLogic, and Apache environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within B2C environments.
