Description
You will lead technical operations and support for AD Services.
Responsibilities
- Resolve service requests and incidents submitted for processing.
- Perform regular health checks on systems and execute preventive actions.
- Manage changes by submitting, performing, and overseeing AD Service updates.
- Execute assigned CTASKS within the AD team.
- Support core identity services including Azure AD, PKI, and MFA token management.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
- Active Directory (AD).
- Azure AD.
- ADFS.
- AD Connect.
- PKI.
- Silverfort.
- MFA Token Support.
- Any Graduate degree.
