Description

Lead technical operations and support for AD Services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve service requests and incidents submitted for processing.
• Perform regular health checks on systems and execute preventive actions.
• Manage changes by submitting, performing, and overseeing AD Service updates.
• Execute assigned CTASKS within the AD team.
• Support core identity services including Azure AD, PKI, and MFA token management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Active Directory (AD).
• Azure AD.
• ADFS.
• AD Connect.
• PKI.
• Silverfort.
• MFA Token Support.
• Any Graduate degree.
