Lead data engineering for Adobe Real-Time CDP, building unified customer profiles and scalable pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load marketing data into Adobe Real-Time CDP using automated, scalable processes.
• Design, configure, and test Adobe Experience Platform source/destination connections, datasets, XDM schemas, and identity namespaces.
• Build unified customer profiles and write queries for segmentation, reporting, analysis, and ML models via Query Service.
• Architect and build data pipelines within a multidisciplinary team of architects, data scientists, and marketers.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience configuring Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP, including schema creation and identity resolution.
• Proven experience architecting and building data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and working with APIs.
• Deep understanding of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with data warehouse solutions like Google BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Experience working in an agency environment with strong consulting skills across multiple lines of business.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
