Description

Lead technical implementations and architecture for Adobe Experience Manager environments, owning the full life-cycle from design through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect decoupled AEM solutions and establish dedicated development and QA environments.
• Lead full life-cycle CMS implementations, ensuring seamless integration into existing CI/CD chains.
• Translate complex technical constraints into business terms for stakeholders and manage technical ambiguity.
• Negotiate solutions in shifting environments while maintaining architectural integrity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in engineering roles with 5+ years of development experience specifically with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, and AEM Cloud).
• 5+ years of experience working with CMS platforms.
• Experience with at least two full life-cycle CMS implementations.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of the Adobe Marketing Cloud product stack.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AEM Cloud migrations.
• Experience with non-AEM CMS platforms.
