Lead technology initiatives by developing and maintaining AI-enabled orchestration within advisor-facing workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services supporting NLP and chatbot solutions.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native platforms and contribute to technology transformation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between New York and India technology teams to ensure delivery alignment.
• Provide thought leadership on backend, NLP, and conversational AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in full stack development with strong Python knowledge in a Unix environment.
• Experience with Gen AI applications, LLM, Agentic patterns, and Vector DBs.
• Experience with SOA: Webservices (REST/SOAP), XML/JSON Processing, Swagger, Open Spec.
• Proficiency in messaging systems such as IBM MQ/JMS.
• Experience with Git, Ivy, Maven/Gradle for Source Control and Build Packaging.
• Solid grasp of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, SOLID principles, and Design patterns.
• Experience with Test Automation (Unit Test and/or Functional Testing).
• Knowledge of Distributed application design and Cloud architectures.
