Description

You will lead the implementation and maintenance of scalable analytics platforms, managing IT service operations to ensure platform availability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from cross-functional teams into technical solutions.
• Oversee the integration of diverse data sources for seamless data flow.
• Implement and enforce IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident and change management.
• Mentor engineering staff and manage vendor relationships to meet SLAs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with Azure ADLS and MDM Reltio.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Proven experience in software integration and technical operations support.
• Experience managing third-party managed service providers.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Proficiency with ITSM tools and frameworks (ITIL, ServiceNow).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with commercial data expertise.
