Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions for software, hardware, and data integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for software, hardware testing, and process automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention through automation.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systems, ensuring continuous updates and enhancements.
• Provide technical support, handle tickets, and document all processes, test cases, and results for auditing.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in automation engineering, specifically with robotics and process automation.
• Proficiency in Linux and VBA.
• Experience implementing CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage project timelines and coordinate meetings with business stakeholders.
• Experience working within agile development environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in automation or related fields.
• Experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry.
