Description

You will lead technical execution, project planning, and production support for data engineering initiatives. You serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders and ensure compliance with software quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
• Create and review functional and technical specification documents and artifacts.
• Allocate incident tickets to resources and ensure resolution within defined deadlines.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proven expertise in Data Engineering.
• Experience managing Production Support and incident queues.
• Ability to track and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OLAs.
• Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
• Experience with technical documentation and specification design.
