Responsibilities

• Lead project development and maintenance activities for data engineering initiatives.
• Create and review functional and technical specification documents.
• Allocate incident tickets to resources and ensure resolution within defined deadlines.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.
• Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders on technical matters.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proven expertise in Data Engineering.
• Experience managing Production Support and incident queues.
• Ability to track and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OLAs.
• Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
• Experience with technical documentation and specification design.
