Description

Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud solutions on AWS. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including HLDs, LLDs, and execution plans. Manage multiple cloud projects, providing technical ownership and cost estimations. Provide design guidance and proof-of-concept support to managed services teams. Lead architectural decisions and strategies for application migration and hosting on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud architectures using AWS core services and data/analytics stacks.
• Manage cloud environment sizing and disaster recovery architecture.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and test plans.
• Lead architectural decisions for application migration and hosting on AWS.

Required Skills

• 7 to 12 years of experience designing and managing AWS cloud solutions.
• Expertise in AWS Data and Analytics: Glue ETL, Glue Data Catalog, Athena, Redshift, and Step Functions.
• Strong Python and PySpark capabilities for data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS core services: EC2, RDS, VPC, ELB, EBS, Route 53, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency with DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda, Event Bridge, ECS, and ECR.
• Ability to work with global teams and offshore models.
