Description
You will lead the administration and technical support of recruiting systems, including the career site, CRM, and ATS.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing system administration, including change request analysis, configuration of workflows, forms, and integrations, and portal administration.
- Provide production support by handling service requests, resolving issues, and escalating critical matters to leadership.
- Guide data conversion, mapping decisions, and migration execution.
- Drive the strategy for report development using Lists, Report Builder, and Reporting Dashboards.
- Gather and document business requirements and produce process and training documentation.
Required Skills
- 8-12 years of professional experience.
- Expertise in Report Builder and Reporting Dashboards.
- Proficiency in Data Mapping Techniques.
- Experience with database reporting development.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements for recruiting systems.
- Strong methodical testing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act as a strategic partner to recruiting clients.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for management and stakeholder interaction.
- Any Graduate degree.
