Description

Lead technical efforts for ITSM solution implementations, including custom application development and complex integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement ITSM solutions following industry best practices.
• Develop custom applications and complex integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Write ServiceNow scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
• Manage authentication via OAuth 2.0, certificates, and MID Servers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow platform development and custom application building.
• Proficiency in creating and integrating REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO implementation.
• Familiarity with Service Portal and widget creation.
• Experience implementing solutions on domain-separated instances.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script.
