Lead architecture and development for cloud-based IoT platforms, guiding teams to deliver scalable microservices and event-driven pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design and system architecture for cloud and IoT solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Guide development teams in building Java-based backend systems and microservices architectures.
• Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments.
• Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical design discussions to maintain high quality standards.
• Mentor engineers, support effort estimation, and collaborate with AI and Embedded teams for integration.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python for backend development.
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and API development.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Full Stack Development and modern frontend frameworks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven data processing pipelines and AI integration.
• Proven track record in technical mentoring and proof-of-concept development.
