You will lead front-end development efforts, architecting scalable React applications and guiding a team of engineers toward technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Architect and design scalable React applications to meet functional requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while contributing to new feature development.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, development processes, and best practices.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within scope and on time.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.
• Expertise in React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing projects.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable application architectures.
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with server-side rendering, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), and advanced state management.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools including Jira and Trello.
