Description

You lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend applications using Advanced Java and Spring technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to define technical solutions and project roadmaps.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices across the team.
• Mentor junior developers and drive root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability while supporting Agile practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Strong expertise in Advanced Java, Core Java, and Spring Framework/Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture and REST API development.
• Good understanding of system design, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
