You will lead a technical team to develop, implement, and support critical applications and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team by assigning work, mentoring, and training junior engineers.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code while performing code reviews for all engineering levels.
• Design solutions to ensure the health, performance, and availability of environments and applications.
• Create technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts.
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and security protocols for code development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional technical experience.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Experience with Apache Tomcat.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong ability to partner with line of business and technology colleagues.
• Ability to independently resolve system and client experience impacts.

Preferred Skills
