Lead a technical team to develop, implement, and support critical applications and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assign work, mentor, and train junior engineers.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code while performing code reviews.
• Design solutions to ensure health, performance, and availability of environments.
• Create technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts.
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and security protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional technical experience.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Experience with Apache Tomcat.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate education background.
