Description

Lead the technical direction for conduct and supervisory backend systems, owning the end-to-end development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of backend solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices, REST APIs, and Java components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Java environments.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to established standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and product owners to align technical solutions with business needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of backend development experience using Java, JUnit, and multi-threading.
• 8+ years of experience with Spring frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
• 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (PCF, GCP, or Azure).
• 3+ years of experience using GitHub, Pull Requests, and Jenkins CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical abilities for complex technical troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with front-end technologies including JavaScript, Angular, or React.
