You provide technical direction and hands-on leadership across the entire development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and hands-on leadership throughout all development phases.
• Mentor team members and resolve technical challenges aligned with project goals.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices for secure solutions.
• Advocate for and support Agile, DevOps, or CI/CD methodologies to drive iterative delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years developing multi-tier enterprise applications using Java EE and Spring technologies.
• 5+ years developing web/enterprise applications across the Java EE stack.
• 5+ years developing applications using SOA architecture and RESTful web services.
• 5+ years developing front-end applications with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Expertise in designing and developing Spring Boot and Spring Cloud applications.
• Strong knowledge of source control, build tools, and CI/CD processes (Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins).
• Experience with MariaDB/MySQL, Kafka, and event streaming platforms.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, Jasmine, and Karma.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
