Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team building AI-driven content intelligence solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor engineering team members to ensure high software quality and technical growth.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects within defined scope.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI applications, specifically Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Large Language Models (LLM).
• Design and maintain backend flows and API functionality using Kubernetes jobs.
• Provide technical guidance on coding, testing, and deployment best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with a primary focus on Python.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary software development teams.
• Extensive experience developing AI applications, including machine learning and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in Python and its associated frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Experience with API functionality and backend development.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field.
