We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Data & AI with strong expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Data Platform to lead enterprise BI and analytics initiatives.

Mandatory Skills:

✔ Power BI
✔ DAX & Power Query (M)
✔ Data Modeling
✔ SQL
✔ Microsoft Fabric
✔ Azure Data Platform (Azure SQL, ADF, Synapse)
✔ Report & Dashboard Development
✔ Performance Optimization
✔ Data Governance (RLS/OLS)

Preferred: Databricks, Azure DevOps, Git, PL-300 / DP-600 certifications.
