Description

You will lead technical efforts for incident resolution and system maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve daily incidents, including code checks and applying fixes or workarounds.
• Participate in Major/Severe Incident (MI/SI) calls for P1/P2 issues, providing technical expertise and updates.
• Review and provide solutions for open Incidents, Requests, and Problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent solutions.
• Monitor Message Queues, Batches, and system health using Datadog and Splunk logs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years experience in PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter Analyst roles.
• Expertise in P&C Domain and GW ClaimCenter Integration.
• Proficiency in GOSU scripting.
• Database skills in SQL Server 2012 or Oracle 11g.
• Experience with expansion, new development, and maintenance projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with Splunk and Datadog.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with root cause analysis for complex system issues.
