Description

You will lead the support and operation of AD Services within the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including resolving service requests and incidents.
• Perform regular system health checks and execute preventive maintenance actions.
• Own the change management process by submitting and performing scheduled changes.
• Execute technical refreshes of legacy environments through to operational readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical operations or infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure.
• Experience managing ADFS.
• Experience with Silverfort.
• Knowledge of AD, Azure AD, PKI, and AD Connect.
• Experience supporting MFA Token services.
• Ability to handle incident and service request lifecycles.
