Lead end-user computing service delivery, managing desktop support, application management, and infrastructure maintenance. You will align technology solutions with business objectives and employee needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-user computing services, including desktop support, application management, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals through task assignment, performance monitoring, and mentorship.
- Manage end-user computing projects, defining scope, developing timelines, and allocating resources for migrations and upgrades.
- Own P&L responsibilities, manage external vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and compliance.
- Implement and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to measure and improve service quality and efficiency.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years specifically in end-user computing service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of End User Computing processes, including HAM and SAM.
- Experience managing endpoint and centralized solutions.
- Proven track record of managing IT teams and complex projects.
- Experience working within a mixed offshore/onsite model.
- Proficiency with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell and Python.
- Knowledge of help desk ticketing systems and knowledge management tools.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices.
Preferred Skills
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Office 365, Intune, Nexthink, and Windows Autopilot.
