Description

You will lead a development team and build scalable web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable web applications using Java, Spring, and Angular.
• Lead, mentor, and drive code quality standards across the development team.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to deliver software on schedule.
• Participate in CI/CD processes, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring.
• Expertise in JavaScript and Angular frameworks.
• Solid understanding of RESTful services and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL and Hibernate (ORM).
• Familiarity with Sass/SCSS, NgRx, RxJS, and Docker.
• Experience developing accessible applications using screen readers.
• Proven ability to mentor and drive code quality across development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
• Background in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration.
