Description

We have an urgent requirement for a highly skilled Tech Lead – Full Stack (Java + React) to join our team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in leading technical initiatives and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Important Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 60% throughout educational qualifications
 Must be from recognized institutions only (NITs, NIST, BITs)
 Should demonstrate stability — at least 2–3 years in one organization

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects ensuring quality and on-time delivery
Strong understanding of SDLC, including Agile/Scrum
Apply design principles and architectural patterns effectively
Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate closely with development teams
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Monitor code quality, PR reviews, pipeline status, performance issues, etc.
Provide regular status reports to stakeholders

Technical Expertise Required
6+ years as a hands-on Full Stack Developer
Strong experience with Java (>8), Spring Boot, React
Proficiency in RDBMS (MS SQL preferred) & NoSQL (MongoDB)
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and caching tools (Redis/HazelCast)
Deep knowledge of microservices architecture
Cloud experience: AWS or Azure
Strong coding, code review, and developer mentorship skills
